You may have cancer and are unable to afford to be treated for it. The Delaware Cancer Treatment Program offers free treatment for up to two years to anyone diagnosed with cancer on or after July 1, 2004.
You are eligible if you:
- Are a Delaware resident and were a Delaware resident when diagnosed with cancer
- Were diagnosed with cancer on or after July 1, 2004
- Have no comprehensive health insurance or receive benefits through the Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer treatment programs
- Have a household income that is less than 650% of the Federal Poverty Limit (for example: the income of a family of four must be less than $122,525)
