If you were diagnosed with cancer on or after July 1, 2004, you can receive free cancer treatment for two years. In each hospital system, there are specially trained cancer coordinators who can guide you through treatment. | You are eligible if you: - Are a Delaware resident and were a Delaware resident when diagnosed with cancer
- Were diagnosed with cancer on or after July 1, 2004
- Have no comprehensive health insurance or receive benefits through the Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer treatment programs
- Have a household income that is less than 650% of the Federal Poverty Limit For example: The income of a family of four must be less than $122,525.

- Get a Certificate of Diagnosis, signed and dated by your doctor, and enclose copies of proof-of-income documents.
